Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of the UIHike beta software, website, and optional cloud services. UIHike is provided by Invitrix LLC d/b/a Instant Technologies.

Beta Software

UIHike is currently beta software. Features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as we improve the product. We welcome feedback, but you are responsible for deciding whether UIHike is appropriate for your workflow.

Accounts and Cloud Services

You do not need an account for local use unless the app flow you choose requires one. Cloud services such as sync, sharing, cloud download, and AI-assisted features may require an account and may transmit content needed to provide those services.

Your Content

You are responsible for the screenshots, notes, URLs, and other content you capture or share with UIHike. Do not upload or publish content unless you have the rights and permissions to do so.

Acceptable Use

Do not use UIHike to violate laws, infringe rights, compromise systems, distribute harmful content, or share private information without permission.

Disclaimers

UIHike is provided on an as-is and as-available basis during beta. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
