This is the first post. We're starting a blog to write down what we're building, what we've learned, and the occasional thing we got wrong.
Most posts will fall into one of three buckets:
- Product notes. What shipped, why it shipped, what it's for.
- How we build. Decisions about the desktop app, the Chrome extension, the web app — and the trade-offs behind them.
- Walkthroughs in the wild. Real ways teams use UIHike to capture context, hand off work, and document the things that usually live in someone's head.
What this blog isn't
It isn't a roadmap. It isn't a press release. It isn't a place for SEO-shaped listicles about “the top 10 documentation tools.”
Posts will be short when short is enough, and longer when there actually is something worth working through.
